hello again

i think this topic will be a bit more political than scientific, but right now im on the last stages of my thesis and ive encoutered the necesity of contacting vendors for class V budgets ( 30% round cost) of there products, and i seem to get no response, i guess the reason is they dont get much of it, cause im just a student tryng to graduate, so i would like some advice on how to acces some budget just preliminary prices nothing specific for academic purposes. my thesis is based on gas dehydration and ive contacted, natco , alco , uop, sorbead, amrprocess, ive only gotten respones from sorbead wich i thank alot

hoping for some advice

regards

Try to reach vendors through a company based in Venezuela - I believe there must be someone who can (and will) support your work. Chances are much higher than if you are approaching licensors as a graduate/student individual.

Do not be desperate, anyway: I am contacting various vendors for my projects, and if I get 50% of them responding on my queries, I consider it to be quite succesfull. Sometimes they are just too busy to handle budgetary proposals. Keep on trying.
