How To Select The Rating Of The Process Pipelines?

Dear Forum members,

Could anybody please explain about the selection of the process piping ratings,
For Ex.
Am trasfering my process fluid (preferably the fluid is suitable to handle by CS pipes)
From one vessel in ot Another pressure as 15 Barg,38barg and 90barg
temperature as 103 Deg C,450 Dec C and 98 Deg C respectively.

What ratings and How the process piping fittings to be selected.

For pipes no need to rating and thickness (corrosion allowance,mil tolerance,....,included) should be calculated.
For flanges ratings are needed.
Refer to:

ASME B31.3 for pipe and B16.5,B16.47 for flanges

Get the piping designed as per ASME 31.3 (for process piping).

For any quick solution, you may contact me. I have the spreadsheets available for the same.
