Hi:

Could I use HYSIS FOR producing polypropylene pellets!!!!???

If not is there any other programmes to calculate the all parameters used during the production of propylene liquid to polypropylene pellets!!?

The short answer is no. The cynical answer is; Hysys does not produce PP pellets. The honest answer is that this process is mostly a heat transfer problem with discrete solid particles. Dependent on your needs you could use shortcut sizing methods, by hand or on a spreadsheet, all the way up to a complex CFD model. I don't know if there is any commercially available specialized software to model this process, unfortunately. Good luck with your search.
