Notes on Submitting Full Length Articles

If you want to submit a simple tip, an email is just fine.  However, for full lenth articles, try to conform to the following:

  1. The following electronic formats are preferred:  HTML, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or Text based documents.  If submitting in HTML, please be sure to include all of the necessary graphics included in the page.  Articles can be email to us here.

  2. Graphics and tables can enhance your article and help make your main points more obvious.  Include graphics and tables as necessary.  Graphics should be in *.gif or *.jpg format.  All graphics should include references embedded in the graphics (as shown below) or the graphic reference should be made at the end of the article.

  3. All references cited in your article should be included in your manuscript.  The format is not rigid, but should contain resemble the following:
    For book references:
    Rosaler, Robert C., Handbook of Plant Engineering, McGraw-Hill, New York, 1995, ISBN: 0-07-052164-6

    For internet references:
    LMNO Engineering, website, http://www.lmnoeng.com

  4. Remember the following simple rule to keep your text easy to read:
    One space after commas, two spaces after periods.

  5. If you are submitting a work on behalf of another party, you must obtain permission from that party before submitting the article for publication.  A valid email address of the author should be provided so that the author may be contacted to confirm permission for publication.

  6. By submitting an article for publication, you understand that the work may appear on other websites as part of content sharing or other agreements.
