What is ChE Systems?

ChE Systems is a service designed to help you get proposals for modular chemical equipment with the least amount of effort necessary.  With ChE Systems, we'll provide your Request for Proposal to several qualified vendors.  Then, we'll supply you with the proposals so that you make your decision.  You get competing bids from reputable system suppliers with one point of contact.  You can also use ChE Systems if you simply need a vessel constructed or repaired.

Why Should I Use ChE Systems?

Simple...we'll provide you with the competing proposals with the least amount of effort on your part.  While you can take on the task of gathering competing quotations on your own, you'll often find yourself answering the same questions or "filling in the same blanks" over and over.  With ChE Systems, you'll be faced with each question one time.  This will streamline the process and give you one point of contact.

What Types of Equipment Proposals Can I Request with ChE Systems?

Whether you're looking for a single vessel that needs only mechanical design and construction or if you need a complete skids involving process engineering, mechanical design, and construction, ChE Systems can help.   Our list of vendors have capabilities spanning a wide variety of chemical processing needs.  Some examples may include:

  • Pressure vessels built to any common code (domestic U.S. or international)

  • A temperature control skid for a large tank

  • A complete evaporation station

  • Air Pollution Control (APC) equipment

  • Solvent Recovery Systems

  • Stripping and Absorption Systems

  • Distillation and Crystallization Skids

Whatever your needs are, ChE Systems can help.

How is Communication Handled Between the Parties?

Once you've submitted your Request for Proposal (RFP), it will be submitted to all vendors with the capability to engineer the requested equipment.  If you have vendors that you want included in the bidding process, feel free to specify them as well.  Once we receive proposals from the selected vendors, we'll provide you with a comprehensive summary of the proposals.  Once you make a selection, we'll put the winning vendor in contact with you for completion of the job.

How Much Does This Service Cost?

There is no charge to you to use our service.   All fees are paid by the Vendors to The Chemical Engineers' Resource Page.

Are the Parties Involved Bound to Not Disclosure My Process Information?

Yes!  All participates in ChE Systems are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement before they're granted access to your RFP.   In addition, you can request that all bidders also sign your company's non-disclosure statement if you wish.
