I heard increment is based on how long you've been at the company, not by merit. If you're in Johor then try the Tanjung Langsat, that's the new manufacturing plant, though I think it's more for subsea, you can give it a shot

Try switching to the Night shift, if possible. It does some good.

It's an office job, 8am-5pm, lol it's no prob, just that day it was hard to get by without coffee :p
