At my terminal we are Transloading from a Pressurized Railcar into a Bulkmatic Trailer.  Due to the nature of the product, a food grade chicken feed additive, we are constantly leaving  heels on the railcar.  The product is very sensitive to humidity and will clump very easily making it all but impossible to completely empty out.  The rail cars are lined so we cannot scrape the product out without damaging the railcar.  We've talked about using vibrators on the railcars to possible jar it loose, but this could possibly damage the railcar as well.  I was wondering if anyone has had experience with similar product that clumps easily, making it hard to empty the railcar completely. If so, have you found a solution or technique that helps minimize this.  Thank you.
