i have question about manual depressurizing

 

1-for manual depressurizing is it mandatory down stream of glob vale we have no pocket with slope through the ko drum(like psv lines)?

 

2-do we have any standard time for manual depressurizing?(for determining the  minimum temperature)

 

7 hours on operator shift or ....

 

3-if we reach the low temperature is it needed to have extend stem? Or with chain we can open or close the valve

 

4- the rules for calculating the minimum temperature is as same as the cold depressurizing that we do by dynamic hysys or we have other rules?
