So I'm having trouble with some definitions and I was hoping someone might be able to help me with my understanding of this topic by explaining what these things actually mean? I never have any problems with mathematical problems because I'm good at maths but I feel like I'm just following a method to solve and don't actually understand the background behind the calculations I'm doing.

In the context of crystallisation unit-operations explain what is meant by:
- solubility curve
- solution supersaturation (give an equation)
- super-solubility curve
- metastable zone

Thanks,

Paddy
