Hi,

I am doing my project work on enzyme interesterification using different feedstocks. I just want to know one thing that if we increase the flow rate of feedstocks, does the activity of enzymes remains the same or different? Secondly, the enzymes used remains same or different? I am stuck with this problem so if anyone has answer related to my query please reply as it will be very helpful.

  Regards,

Let us study the laws of nature, so that we can understand it. You should do experiments and determine that by proof. If you just want to write an essay then go and read an article in Science Direct.
