Hi . Anyone have an idea why while line sizing a gas pipe (a treated gas from Acid gas treat unit) in HYSYS V8.8 Software with these specifications :

 

Temp 58°C

Pressure 6980 kPa

molar flow 5480 kgmol/hr

Pipe schedule 80 

 

 the software doesn't want to coverge with all the diameters and indicates the following problem :

"Pipe treated gas to cooler: The estimate for the outer heat transfer at segment 1, increment 1 may not be valid because the heat transfer is a mixture of free and forced convection"
