Thank you sir for your kind response ,well i actually required to know how is will be its shear stress vs velocity gradeint graph ,whether its time dependent or not?
pardon me for the late reponse i was out for writing my term exams

It is not time dependent. It's velocity gradient graph looks similar to Bingham Plastic, except it is not linear. It has a yield stress and is a square root relationship.
