It's an Excel Add-In. It has to be installed as an add-in rather than opened as a typical excel file.

hi there.. thanks for this one, however i have a problem opening it. i am using excel 2007 with micro setting enable, and when i opened the water97_v13 nothing happened.. thanks

Hi, I have installed the add-in in MS Excel 2007 but when I am trying to use it in a similar way as described in the jpeg file above, I am getting #Value in the cell instead of any answer. Please help.

Check your security settings in Excel.
