I will try to give you an overall idea to proceed, for your academic interest. However, for industrial use, i recommend you to approach vendors who are the experts in WHB design. First of all establish the enthalpy vs. temperature relationship of flue gas. This is done by using the enthalpy temp. data of individual components of flue gas.
