Hi all,
I am a consulting engineer, licensed in CA out of Los Angeles mainly in oil/gas, chemical/petrochemical industries. My other fields of activities are varied:chemical accidents and incidents, alternate energy, resource recovery to name a few and have published and presented articles as well as on going blogs.Specialized in technolegal mediations.
