What do you mean by manually calculated the exchanger duty ? if you mean here, your own manual calculation is different compare with calculation from hysys that normal (that's my opinion ), why ? duty, Q, calculation depend on entaply, Q = H2-H1, so the problem here is, how do you calculate the stream enthalpy?
