What do you mean butadiene extraction?....form what...your description of problem is too short...

as i am working in butadiene extraction unit and have problems with acetylele washer column ,there is a high NMP losses due to some technical problems so i want to simulate and trouble shoot
anybody have butadiene extraction simulation using hysys. or aspen plus.

What do you mean butadiene extraction?....form what...your description of problem is too short...
this problems with hysys. as this column has 20 no. of bubble cap trays and 1 m. dia .
