Hi everyone,

I am a ChemEng student currently in my third year, doing my design project. We have been using Hysys 2004 to design the process and now I am working on the second part of it, designing a specific piece of equipment. The problem I am having is, I have a .hsc file of the process which a groupmate sent me via e-mail (as I am back in my home country for easter holidays)saved on my desktop, but when i run Hysys and try to open it, it doesn't appear in the file list and if i search for it, i get a message saying the file does not exist. I am using a service called RAS (Remote Application Service) to run Hysys online meaning I don't virtually have the program downloaded on my laptop, but it was opening the file properly when i was trying on my friend's computer back in UK. Can anybody help me please?
