i am trying to calculate pressure drop across pipe L=27000 m
and flow rate= 13600 m3/h
NG of density=105 kg/m3
and 60 c, p=1440 psig
D of pipe= 12 in
after calculation p drop is very large but actual pressure drop is 200 psi

You are trying to calculate delta P in a pipeline for natural gas. Can you provide the composition of your natural gas composition or specific gravity of gas. Using single phase gas pipeline`equations such as AGA, Weymouth & Panhandle A/B the pressure drop can be calculated.

Ankur.
