Hello,

I am trying to desing a condenser capable of separte water and sulfur from a gas stream (Water, H2S, SO2 and S). Well the basic idea is to separate S and water from the H2S and SO2. I am thinking that the best would be to condense both S and H2O. For this purpose, I also think that best method would be to use either a spray washer or a cooling tower type condenser. I have seen bibliography on both methods, but non of them seem to take into consideration Heats of condensation, because they are never pretending to condensate, just cool or use psicrometric diagrams (air water) for its calculus. I wonder if somebody has any idea about how to proceed to the design of this kind of condensers.

Thank you in advance
