Dear All,
For sizing of RO in BDV line should we consider the Flare KOD operating or design pressure at downstream of RO.
Please suggest.

Thanks in Advance.

Normally the design pressure of the network to be depressurized should be considered as upstream pressure of the RO.

If network design pressure differs more than 15% from maximum operating pressure, then maximum operating pressure or PSHH could be considered instead.

Dear Fallah,
Thanks for your reply.
If maximum operating pressure or PSHH is considered as upstream pressure of RO,could u please suggest what shall be the downstream pressure either Flare KOD operating or design pressure.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Abinai,

Deasign pressure of the relevant flare network should be considered as RO downstream pressure.
