Hi all!
Im doing a project on biodiesel plant. However, I get stuck on my methanol recovery (distillation column). As I run my distillation column, the error "two liquid phases were found in column T-100 on stage reboiler". Can I know what does this mean? The column is unconverged but it still produce dark blue distillate and product stream.
And, for the following water washing step using liquid liquid extraction, how can I know how many trays needed and how many of amount of water neededd?
Thanks for your attention and reply.
