Dear Experts,

I have to design a low pressure, Double walled, Ethylene Product Storage tank for liquefied hydrocarbon gases using API-620. This is my first time. I need your suggestions / help. The details are as follows:-

Inside Dia. inner Tank = 30 m
Design Temp = -105 dgree cel.inner tank & 65 dgree cel. outer tank
Corrosion = 1.6 mm
Nominal Capacity = 18,096 m3
Vertical Cylindrical Dome roof Double Wall
STD API 620
Product Ethylene
Sp. Gravity = 0.56
Vapour Press = 1.035 barA @ -103.2 deg. cel.
Operating Press = 0.022 barg
Design Press = 0.173 barg inner tank & -50 mm H2O outer tank
Opearting Press = 0.022 barg
Material = Ni 9% inner tank & A283 Gr. C Outer tank
Cold Insulation reqd.

Note: Inner & outer tank Dimension should be specified based on 0.1% per day of heat evaporation rate pls suggest resonable heat evaporation rate.
