how to design a new fired heater in FRNC-5PC without any prior experience / hint about geometry?

"FRNC-5PC" is not known (googling returns "French Polynesia" ?), so it is not considered. I would start from a text book; Nelson's "Petroleum refinery engineering" (McGraw Hill, 1958) deals with fired heaters and their geometry. Searching the forum may locate useful data, e.g. at http://www.cheresour...-fired-heaters/.
Detail fired heater design is usually implemented by its vendor, but some preliminary knowledge is needed to make the "duty spec" in the requisition, as well as a gross layout.
