i want to know about the simulation software which can be used for the experiments related to thermodynamics and will be available for free.
Can anyone suggest one?

sure,
you may find many tools but if you work with Excel, MATLAB etc. I would recommend the student's version of Prode Properties, see "www.prode.com" which includes rigorous column, by the way for columns another good tool is chemsep.
