Jindalo,
Nanotechnology simulation software's are very costly hence you can't find them for free of charge.
But if you have any chinese friends,they can help to you to get free softwares, as i worked with many chinese students, they use pirated softwares for free on website like pirated softwares. I don't know exactly the website name.
But what exactly software are you looking for use in Nanotechnology?
