Hello everyone,

I am currently working on flarenet. Run of my model gives a solver warning - "inner loop failure". Can any body please help me understand the meaning/ impact of this message ?

thanks a lot!

I haven't run into this problem, but if I did I would try increasing the "Loop Pressure" tolerance (Calculations menu > Options > Solver Tab). Slowly iterate this value higher until you get a convergence. Once converged, you can probably reduce this back down to a tighter tolerance.

Once successfully converged, check your results and compare that to the failed case. This might lead you to identify the source of the problem, and allow you to make an adjustment that prevents this from recurring.

Hello Lowflo

You are right!! I had mistakenly entered very small pipe length..the properties were not converging due to abnormally small length.

The error is resolved now..

Thanks a lot for your help :-)
