Hi everyone
hope you all be fine. I want to know how I can open a newer version of Aspen with an older version. In which format I should save the newer one to open it with an older one?

Thank you very much for your help,

Nazi

You cannot directly open a simulation saved in a newer version with an older version of Aspen Plus (it's a great way to "motivate" people to upgrade their versions right?).
However, I believe there is a way you can go around this issue. Ask someone with a recent version of Aspen Plus to open the document and 'Export' it as an input file (*.int). You can then open this file with notepad and edit it in a way that matches your Aspen Plus version (change databank names, etc.). Finally, you open a new Aspen Plus simulation choosing the modified input file.
I hope this works for you.
