Dear all,
I had tried to install saturate extension in our system.Our system is hysys 7.2 in windows 7 version..please advice is there separate saturate .dll available for windows 7 version.

Hi Kasri,
I've been using the saturate extension which is supplied by aspentech in their support portal for about 6 month, and it works fine for me
do you have any problem with the .dll, just re download the extension from support.aspentech.com

dear erwin,
once again I downloaded and tried .The dos like program open and suddenly vanished.It didnot register the saturate.Is there separate dll file for windows 7 users.
Please advice me.

I do not recall having such problem,
do you log in with admin previllage or just as an user?
have you tried to closed and then re-open the hysys, since it will not load until it is restarted.
