Hi,

I am looking to purchase a low temperature dehydrator that is very efficient (in terms of energy consumption). I've searched the internet and there is information overload on the topic.

We will be pressing plant leaves and stems and filter the extracted liquid. We then plan to dehydrate the liquid plant extract.

The capacity would be able to dehydrate 3,000 liters or 800 gallons of liquid plant extract per hour, from initial moisture content of 90% down to 30% final moisture content. I also need to recover the extracted vapor, although it is not critical. What is important is low temperature dehydration of the liquid and concentrating it so that the final moisture content is about 30%.

I need this to be low temperature to prevent damages to the extracted phytohormones. A maximum temperature of 50 deg C is tolerable, but would rather prefer 45 deg C as the preferred working temperature.

So I am thinking about vacuum pressure and compression, where the compression tubes are used to heat up the liquid being dehydrated.

Any reasonable priced machine out there that already foot this bill? Would surely appreciate any help you can extend.

Thanks,

Rhodomel
