I think you can buy it from Flowserve or their proxy for about US$30. Search for it on the WWW.

In 1998, I paid $25.00 + $6.00 for shipping for my copy of the 18th edition through the Internet.
I would consider $30 as a bargain - especially if it is a traditional, Hard-cover, copy.
I hope you are naively inquiring for an illegal, free electronic copy.

In a $ / use sense, Cameron has been one of the best book I've ever bought... worth supporting the publisher.
