hi members,

Does any 1 have Design considerations for this unit (Oil Extraction from Seed using super critical CO2 as Solvent), excel spread sheets or manuals etc.

I have not heard of this, but it seems possible according to http://en.wikipedia..../Carbon_dioxide. Chances to receive a reply would have increased by giving more information on the subject. If so, someone could search specifically, not for the general subject. For instance, name of the referred seeds? Name of oil (edible?). Carbon dioxide shall be at temp>31 oC, any idea of pressure? More description and references? A reader may not know the specific process, but can know a similar one. Hope of good future luck.
