I don't have a copy of API 521, but I'm hoping that the answer is in there and that someone will pass it along.
Here's the question. Emergency depressuring valves are recommended for systems comprised primarily of vapour (i.e. compressor systems, etc.). Is there a pressure below which depressuring valves are not considered necessary?
Thanks,
RJ
