Hi, actually i am designing a centrifugal extractor. mainly for extracting penicillin a podeblienk extractor.
I followed yhe following steps.
1>found outlet and inlet conditions.
2>equilibrium curve(our system is n-butyl acetate) found and drawn graph.
3> then operating line drawn.
4>now minimum flow rate found.
5>but i can't calculate the ky(coefficient in gas phase value)
please somebody helps me because i have to find the ntu and htu..
AND ALSO GIVE ME STEPS TO CALCULATE IT'S MECHANICAL DESIGN . PLZ PROVIDE THE SETPS OR ANY DOCUMENT FILE.
