Unless you are teaching Thermo cycles and processes or perhaps trying to understand a cycle or process, there is no need for the diagram anymore. A lot of people have them hanging from the wall as a decoration.
I recommend you go to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), an official branch of the US government, operates a The Website at:

This website gives FREE thermodynamic data on: Thermophysical Properties of Fluid Systems.
Accurate thermophysical properties are available for several fluids - including water. These data include (in any unit):
Density
CP
Enthalpy
Internal energy

Specific volume
CV
Entropy
Speed of Sound
Thermal conductivity
Surface tension (saturation curve only)
So, if you are working with a difficult-to-read T-S diagram, you can obtain the accurate values and assign them to the diagram. Or, if you have the time and ambition, you can draw your own diagram from the data generated by NIST.

Well thankyou for your advice. You are right about why would I need a diagram. Actually I am taching an undergard course of Chemical Thermodynamics. Thats why I need them.
