Hello friends
I have a problem in blowdown section of my two units (Alkylation and Isomerization). There're same blowdown drum in these units and when safety valves pops or by any other reason LPG moving to these drums, because of low pressure (Design pressure about 4.5 barg) it's flashed but flash in drum will cause freezing of drum and of course no more flash will happened in blowdown drum. Thus the light compounds like LPG will move to slops and the lots of problems will appear there.
I want to use a LPS line (2") with nozzles (3/4") to heat up the vessel, it's effective but what about the locally corrosion.
BTW I can't use internal coil.
