Dear chemical engineers around the world,
Do you know what kind of polymer that can be applied as thin film on surface? I want to used it as coating agent on granular fertilizer. The film must be elastic (not brittle) for better protection and water soluble.

DOW makes Polytox(sp) that they say is used to coat seads... and water soluble
