This might seem odd but I think its important.
I'm a chemical engineering student in a Nigerian university.
I always feel backward and out of date anytime I consider the resources and environment available
to my colleagues in the developed countries. I feel third world students have a lot to offer if placed in the right
environment and with the right tools. sad.gif

Tola,
I don't think anyone would disagree with aything you've said. The fact is that you are now using one of the greatest of all "equalizers" - the internet. Via the internet, you have the same access to information that your colleagues in Europe, North America, Japan, or other parts of the developed world have. And since the internet is becoming/has become the pre-eminent source of information, the barriers are falling down. To a degree never before experienced, you've got the tools. Good luck.

What Tola said waz right, i am originally from west sfrica specifically nigera, a chemical engineering student in one of them university, a day came when i compared ma course modules to developed countries standard, mean, mine was really crap, that was the reason that compelled me to get out and move to a more developed country, but the truth i have to confess is , their are genuis over there though, just that no enoff resources to keep them going, i hope huge investment could be made on the education sector as a whole, i would be really really happy
(dont mind ma writing expression, just as i was criticized in one of ma post) there is no point being so formal in this forum, besides, i aint gat time to waste on them shit!
i m out
peace!!!!!
