WIth O2 limit of 0.5% & low requirement a small PSA/membrane unit will suffice.

Basis: 100 kg-moles of air

Nitrogen: 79 kg-moles

Oxygen: 21 kg-moles

Mole Percent = Volume Percent

You can calculate the Air Volume rate now.

Ankur.

Dear Reddy
If your question was that simple, Ankur's reply is perfect. Why do you need thumb rule, this is a plain stochio calculation.
If this isnt just an acadamic query, kindly refer the link where Ankur, Zauberberg and Breiz have given some insight.
