working on a project for heat transfer/condensing of a vapor that is 2/3 phenol, 1/3 water vapor. Looking for more information on the azeotrope that is formed with water and phenol, and how the azeotrope reacts under different pressures.

Looking at my old print copies of DeChema's VLE databank, there appears to be several literature sources for VLE for water/phenol. The best way to approach this problem will be to find a reliable source for this literature data and use the measured data to back out parameters for your favorite activity coefficient equation. Then you can calculate the azeotrope at different temperatures/pressures to see what the model predicts it will do.
