Hi Djeroo, i am running Hysys V7.2 and can not open your file as its in a newer version/build of HYSYS.
If you are able to save it as XML file type then others in the same situation as me might be able to help.
You can convert it to an XML file easily is HYSYS, through "Save As", just change the file type from HSC (HYSYS Simulation Case) to XML (HYSYS XML Case)

Just mention this as others might be in the same case as myself and not being able to help you.

Hi Djeroo,
I was able to get 7.3 onto my machine and i gave your model a go... based on the information you provided above i wasn't sure what i was going to see, some reason i wasn't expecting a crude distallation column.

Anyway.
I have got the column to solve, which is half the battle.
Reduce the spec "Temperature gasnog ulja" from 300ºC to say 275ºC.
Change the column solver from HYSIM Inside-Out to "Modified HYSIM Inside-Out". .. you can find the column solver in "Parameters" tab, Solver Main header, and Solving Method... there is a drop down for you change.

Then hit run, this solved for me relatively quickly, 20-30seconds.

You can then slowly restore your temperature back up to 300ºC... i haven't taken it back up there as i got some zero flow errors after the pump around... but with a bit of care you should be able to get back to the specifications you want or that reflects the facility.

Hope this helps and you are successful.
