i am doing a project for Maleic Anhydride production from benzene plant using HYSYS. the reaction in PFR reactor and FP is ANTOINE. i have 3 reaction here. this is converged but no conversion. Can you help me solve it? Thanks all. I use aspen hysys version 2006

What I understand is you are saying there are 3 seperate reactions occuring to be simulated.

The confusing part is you saying "this is converged but no conversion".

One issue may be the use of Antoine Equation simulation for non-pure components or exceding the T range where the antoine equations are applicable for your components.
