Hi All,
Above ground crude oil storage tank cost calculation for project estimation purpose, value are given in above ground fuel oil storage tanks by Lawrence George Palmer but this paper was published in 1973. the cost is given in capacity vs dollar in figure 13.
can I use these values for estimation and update with CEPI 2012.
