Can anyone tell me if it is safe to use the normal operating pressure of the terminal point in pump hydraulics rather than the maximum operating pressure?

Please mark the new and operating point on pump curve

It is more safe to use maximum operating pressure of the terminal point in pump's hydraulic calculations.
