Hi

I`m glad you're graduating and thinking on a job.

I really don't know how is it there where you are but in my case (I'm from Venezuela) we need to do a thesis and we have to choice between doing or not a training course in an industry that takes about 4-5 months.

From my experience I can tell you that when you develop a thesis working along with a company you have more opportunities on that company or another to get a job since you gather more experience and this is something that the industries seek for on a new or future worker.

Hope this few lines helped you

Rigzen,
I would recommend that you do a thesis option since you are not currently working. Universities tend to either require or prefer the thesis route. I favor it if you're not working because it gives you exposure to independent work, work planning, and R&D. I consider it essential if you're going into the R&D field, and desirable even if you are not. If you are working and have that exposure and experience, then this aspect of your education becomes less important (presumably because of your work experience) and the non-thesis option becomes much more viable.
