Just some input..
A defining characteristic of most polymer solutions is viscosity. Whether you have to pump it, collect it, heat it, etc etc.
The viscosity is dependent on many factors, notably shear stress. However, not all polymers behave similiarly to increased shear. Some decrease in viscosity while others increase.
Also, the heat of reaction for polymeric reactions. These have an effect on viscosity. Temperature transition states are normally your operating temperature boundaries.
