Hello,

I am doing simulation of aqueous ammonia based CO2 capture in absorber-stripper column coupled with pump, heat exchanger and mixer using rate-based RateFrac model of Aspen Plus 7.3. I got simulation results with the following warnings.

  *   WARNING
      STREAM RICHOUT IS NOT IN CHARGE BALANCE:
      ANION FLOW = -.32455894E-05, CATION FLOW = 0.39672065E-05
      ABSOLUTE DIFFERENCE = 0.72161715E-06 RELATIVE DIFFERENCE = 0.22233778E+00

 SALTS MAY FORM ON SOME STAGES
      "NH4HCO3S" HAS THE HIGHEST SOLUBILITY INDEX (5.95858)
      ON STAGE "15" EXCEEDING THE SATURATION LIMIT (1.00000)

How can i remove these warnings, please guide me in this issue.

Thank you
