I am doing a experiment on Hydrogen generation with Al and NaOH in a Kipp's apparatus. I want to find out the temperature of the reaction in the middle globe. The entire Kipp's apparatus is submerged in a water bath. So, I am not able to use an infra red thermometer. Any ideas?
