Dear sir,

What are the precautions and engineering calculations to be conducted before  we can attempt to store a blend of slop( only apprx 1 % of residue of gasoline range) and atmospheric residue  in atmospheric storage tanks.

The atmospheric storage tank for residue is designed for 20.3 mbar and the operating temperature is 80 deg c. The atmospheric residue flow to the tank is 170 m3/hr. The slope injection rate is 0.56 m3/hr of gasoline range. The high pressure alarm for the storage tank is 10.2 mbar.
