Hello

I am working on designing cyclone separartor to separate air -water mixture. I have some queries.

  1. Is cyclone separation is the best way to separate air-water mixture?

  2. Can i design the separator without the cone part. (Since this allow me to store water in the tank which is to be supplied to the compression chamber) ?
  3. How will I arrive at the particle size distribution of water in air which is need for me to calculate the efficiency?

Pls help me guys..
